About the Quantum Technology Materials, Parts, and Equipment Support Program

Provides purchase cost support to companies or institutions seeking to adopt domestically developed materials, parts, and equipment in the quantum technology field.

Key Programs

Promotes the localization of materials, parts, and equipment in the quantum technology field—currently reliant on foreign products—by recruiting participating organizations seeking to introduce domestically developed quantum materials, parts, and equipment and providing support for their purchase.

Survey and Analysis of Quantum Materials, Parts, and Equipment

Conducts surveys on the status of commercially available materials, parts, and equipment in the quantum technology field and reviews price appropriateness to establish a foundation for market expansion and commercialization.

Support for Quantum Demand Organizations

Supports the purchase and supply of domestically developed materials, parts, and equipment for organizations seeking to adopt them, while supplier organizations provide technical expertise and support based on demand requirements.※ Selection, agreement, and support for demand organizations introducing domestically developed quantum materials, parts, and equipment (approximately three) and supplier organizations.

Analyzes the results and utilization outcomes of introducing domestically developed quantum materials, parts, and equipment.

About the SME Technology Market

An online platform where public institutions certify outstanding technologies and products developed by SMEs, register them in the SME Technology Market, and link them to procurement opportunities by public institutions.

Program Objective

To support SMEs that possess innovative technologies but lack procurement performance records due to limited credibility, thereby helping them participate in public procurement and supply projects.

ICT Technology Certification in the SME Technology Market

Certification is granted through a review process for ICT technologies submitted for application. The quality of registered companies and technologies is managed through continuous monitoring.

Selection and Operation of Companies for the Growth Program

Organizes procurement consultation meetings for the Technology Market consortium and participating companies, and hosts Meet-up Days to support overseas market expansion and networking for Technology Market participants.

Supports the adoption of cloud services by SMEs in Korea.

Implementation Framework and Key Roles
Structure diagram of the implementation framework and key roles, with the Ministry of Science and ICT as the supervising authority and NIPA as the dedicated managing institution. Operating agencies carry out the project as lead and participating executing bodies. An advisory committee is established under the dedicated institution, and a cloud service pool and demand companies participate under the operating agencies.

Support Provided to Participating Companies

To support the digital transformation of participating companies, the program provides cloud adoption consulting tailored to each company’s business environment, as well as support for cloud migration (data transfer, training costs) and service usage fees (vouchers).

    • Supports the adoption of cloud services tailored to each company by considering the company’s environment (industry sector, company size, etc.) and the services they intend to use (groupware, ERP, etc.).
  • Migration Support
    • Provides partial support for initial adoption costs—such as data migration and user training—to help participating companies establish a cloud usage environment and improve their understanding of cloud services.
  • Service Fee Support
    • Provides partial support for cloud service usage fees for services included in the Cloud Service Pool.
